So last night I had my weigh in which I had even intention of skipping but that would make me a hypocrite since I always say you have to (wo)man up and face the music. When I weighed myself on Monday when I got back from my vacation I was up 3lbs, AND I could not work out this week because of the foot tattoo sooooooo I did not think last night's weigh in was going to go well at all.
I was of course WRONG, down .2lbs (meaning I lost the 3lbs I was up + another .2lbs)! I mean I was OP the entire week, had to be with the conditions I was facing but I'm just so happy it worked out.
This weekend is Memorial Day Weekend, which means a long weekend filled with outside, motor cycle rides, the pool, beer and the grill. I'm looking forward to it and nervous about it all at the same time. I'm starting back up at the gym tomorrow morning so that should be helpful, other than that I'm just going to try to continue to make good choices and do the best I can.
